Hi, I'm Constantine Lyu.
I am a Customer Success professional by day and a part-time film programmer who enjoys connecting people with great products, meaningful experiences, and compelling stories.
Over the past seven years, I have worked across Customer Success, account management, and client-facing roles, helping multiple organizations of different sizes across Canada, the US, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. My experience spans both SMB and enterprise customers, where I have led onboarding initiatives, managed strategic accounts, improved customer retention, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. I enjoy understanding customer needs and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

I have also developed a passion for film programming and cultural events. I currently help organize and promote theatrical screenings of Chinese and Asian cinema across Canada and the United States. Recent projects have included theatrical tours and special screenings of films such as Farewell My Concubine, Eat Drink Man Woman, and The Wedding Banquet.
What I'm Working On
Today, I'm focused on continuing to explore embedding AI tools in Customer Success while expanding opportunities to bring independent and culturally significant films to audiences across North America. Whether I'm helping a customer achieve their goals or introducing a film to a sold-out theatre, I find the most rewarding work happens when people feel engaged, supported, and inspired.
